Central Market Kuala Lumpur, a cultural icon in the heart of the city, is a popular tourist hotspot for the extensive range of made-in-Malaysia handicraft and snacks. Now, it has also begun running a weekly cultural performance for visitors to enjoy, which is held every Saturday from 8 to 8.30pm on the outdoor stage.
Intermittently, Central Market also organises special activities every month. June’s highlight will be cooking demonstrations of traditional snacks and cultural performances for the upcoming Hari Raya celebrations - see below for the full schedule!

Celebrate with Hari Raya traditional dances, ghazal performances and traditional cooking demonstrations of kuih goyang and dodol, along with the oppportunity to savour other festive treats like lemang, nasi impit, chicken rendang and peanut sauce.
