Johor Bahru is a legendary town of seafarers. At the narrowest tip between Singapore and the Straits of Johor, a place christened Puteri Narrows, lies Puteri Harbour on 688 acres of land and her three marinas.

The ‘Jewel of Nusajaya’ is a swanky marina precinct featuring posh waterfront residences, restaurants, entertainment spots, round the clock security and access to the wide open sea.

Easy to reach via land and water transport, the harbour has been catering to the desires of the sailing fraternity in the state. The Public Marina has berthing for sailboats and yachts of up to LOA 60 metres, accommodating 76 yachts at a time.

Puteri Harbour’s upcoming Mega-Yacht Marina will be able to contain yachts as big as LOA 100 metres, while for steeper extravagance, the future Private Marina is envisioned to be a five golden anchor marina, exclusive to members. This marina is set to have a capacity of 200 LOA 60 metre yachts at a time.

Puteri Harbour is also host to several other water activities like canoeing, paddle-boating, and fishing trips.

The surroundings and architecture of residences and commercial towers, chiseled gardens and street furniture are all postcardperfect. Living spaces here range from canal housing and villas to condominiums and apartments. This beautiful marina charts a fresh attitude to luxury living that is surely inspiring and exciting. And now you know which coordinates to set for sail!
