
Transitions
'Transitions', written by Marina Tan, is a play about human resilience and a life of past glories and present struggles. The story revolves around Kathy Khan (played by Faridah Merican), founder of the SeniSound Heritage Radio Station, who suffers a massive stroke just after wrapping up the station's 10th anniversary celebrations. The production also features Na’a Murad and Shamaine Othman. Watch how the story unveils on 23-26 May at klpac.

Preloved Is Reloved
On 11-12 May, the popular secondhand market Preloved is Reloved returns, featuring over 60 vendors. The Music of James Horner
The Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra (MPO) is paying tribute to movie soundtracks by Academy Award-winning composer, James Horner. From 25-26 May, the orchestra will perform memorable music of hit films like 'Titanic', 'Avatar' and 'Star Trek', led by conductor Anthony Weeden. Tickets are available here.

Wesak Day
Wesak Day (19 May) celebrates Buddha’s birthday, as well as his enlightenment and achievement of Nirvana. Womberang
On 30, 31 May and 1 June, The KL Players will be presenting Sue Townsend’s 'Womberang', a short play and comedy set in a NHS waiting room during the mid-80s. Filled with humour, tragedy and drama, the play is directed by Josh Blake and will run for three nights at The Royal Commonwealth Society. Tickets are priced at RM50.
