Birch’s new dinner menu comprises 30 Modern American dishes, available Mondays to Saturdays from 6pm till late. The menu combines Latin, Nikkei (Japanese-Peruvian fusion) and Neo-Asian cuisines and culinary techniques with classic American cast iron and Josper cooking methods.
Must-tries are the beef marmalade on crispy seven-grain sourdough, juicy spatchcock baked in the Josper oven and the creamy Huckleberry Burnt Cheesecake. Don’t forget to pair them with specialty cocktails such as the Pina Clear-ada with Plantation 3 Stars rum, coconut oil and clarified pineapple cordial - a refreshing twist on a classic.

Opened in March 2017, The Dark Gallery is an urban haunt for artisanal chocolate desserts and for discovering the craft involved in making them. The freshly-made ice cream, macarons, hot and iced beverages and other treats here are made with couverture chocolate from gourmet chocolate brands like Valrhona and Cacao Barry - the chocolate ice cream selection is particularly varied with different degrees of dark, milk and white.
We're a fan of the ice cream waffles too (do share though), but the ice cream is best enjoyed alone to truly appreciate its rich flavour. If you make an order of more than RM150 on Dark Gallery’s online store, delivery is free!

Bangsar's prime lobster destination now has a brand new lunch menu! Using local ingredients and influences, some of the dishes on the new lunch menu include the Chettinad Lobster Thali (where the Chettinad Masala Lobster Curry is the highlight), the Sweet and Sour Lobster with Garlic Fried Rice and the Lobster Laksa (a returning favourite).
For the first time ever, vegetarians can also dine at Pince and Pints with the introduction of the Mushroom Pasta featuring button, shiitake and shimeji mushrooms. Two new appetisers also join the fray: the Mediterranean Prawn Salad and the Lobster Bisque, which is Pince and Pints' first soup.
All lunch dishes are available for lunch only on weekends and public holidays. The new appetisers are available on the a la carte menu through operating hours.
