Recipe: Banana and Papaya Smoothie

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

½ papaya—peeled, seeded and chopped

1 banana—sliced

1 tsp honey

½ glass of ice cubes

METHOD

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into tall glass and garnish with fresh fruit and drink immediately.
