Michelin Star Week at Yun House

The Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur presents a not-to-be-missed culinary collaboration featuring Michelin starred cuisine.

From 20 – 22 September, and exciting dining experience will take place at the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur in Yun House, one of the city’s best known Chinese restaurants. This unique collaboration between culinarians from the Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur and Macao will see guest Executive Chef Charles of Zi Yat Heen (the Cantonese restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Macao) and Chef Jimmy Wong of Yun House presenting new gastronomic creations and classic favourites. 

Chef Charles has more than 40 years of experience and his talent has won many accolades for Zi Yat Heen including a coveted Michelin Star. For one week, diners will have the unique opportunity to indulge in an array of specially prepared gourmet dishes accompanied by specialty teas. 

An a la carte menu will be available throughout the week for lunch and dinner with delicious offerings like the Braised Lobster Fillet and Bean Curd ‘Mapo’ Style and Steamed Chicken with 15-year Hua Diao Wine. A set menu (RM488 inclusive of all taxes) is also available all week for lunch and dinner where tempting dishes like Steamed Giant Garoupa with Ginger and Spring Onion, and Zi Yat Heen Seafood Fried Rice will make an appearance. 

The highlight of the Michelin Star Week will be the Michelin Star Night on 20 September when the chefs will present an exclusive seven-course dinner (RM800 inclusive of all taxes) featuring their signature dishes – Black Chicken Soup with Sea Whelks, Dried Scallop and Matsutake Mushrooms (Chef Charles) and Bamboo Pith Stuffed with French Spinach in Fish Broth (Chef Jimmy). This special meal will be accompanied with fine wine, Four Seasons tea and wonderful desserts to end.
