Babe x Dewakan: Smashup Mashup

If you’re a foodie, then the names ‘Dewakan’ and ‘Babe’ will be familiar to you. The former, helmed by Malaysian talent Chef Darren Teoh, is known for producing innovative spins on local flavours and influences. Meanwhile, his counterpart at Babe is Chef Jeff Ramsey, a Michelin star-recipient who dishes out ‘Japas’ (Japanese-influenced tapas) at his restaurant to delight all the senses.

For the first time ever, the two culinary maestros are collaborating to produce Smashup Mashup, which is a special tasting menu that will showcase both their expertise and creativity to their full extent. The menu is only available on 7 July and will be hosted at Babe Restaurant, Damansara Heights.

All dishes are conceptualised and created by both chefs, fusing their distinctive talents to create a menu that highlights local produce prepared in different styles. Let’s take a look at the menu:
