La Juiceria is renowned for its healthy, clean eating take on dining out, so their version of yee sang obviously follows this wholesome path. The dish is made with mandarin oranges, Japanese cucumbers, grapes and chuka wakame (edible seaweed full of minerals and vitamins; known to improve blood circulation and regulate hormone levels), so you can have as much as you want without feeling guilty! There’s also the option of adding smoked salmon.

Go for crisp freshness and healthy goodness with The Good Co.’s popular Healthy Yee Sang. It’s a vegetarian version, although you can also add premium Sea Birds’ Nest if you wish. Ante

Ante’s version of yee sang goes all the way in terms of taste with the addition of hand-sliced jamón ibérico (cured ham made with a specific type of pig on the Iberian Peninsula). The ham is paired with pomegranate, rose apple, shredded ginger and other fresh vegetables. Have this yee sang with a bottle of wine to truly enjoy the distinctive taste of the ham.

Traditional yee sang is tossed with plum sauce, which brings out the flavours of the different ingredients of the dish. Lavo unconventionally uses their signature dragon fruit (pitaya) sauce to sweeten the deal. The Fortune Yee Sang comprises salmon, whitebait and pomelo accompanying the usual ingredients.
