The Longevity Set is priced at RM528nett per person and comprises one of Chef Lam’s specialties – the braised three-head abalone with goose web and garden greens. The sets are available for lunch and dinner.

Located within the dining enclave of Feast Village at Starhill Gallery, Pak Loh Chiu Chow is offering a Chinese New Year menu featuring distinctive Teochew dishes, curated by Executive Chef Alex Au. Begin with the yee sang and choose from either the classic version with salmon, the Chiu Chow version with red snapper or the vegetarian option.
There are à la carte menu items like braised sea abalone with broccoli, stir-fried squid with XO sauce and braised pig trotters with black moss and vegetables. Other than that, there are two special menus to choose from – aptly named the Four Seasons Fortune and Golden Jade Prosperity – and their rich offerings will make for a tasty reunion dinner. Begin with double-boiled top shell soup with cordyceps flowers followed by bean curd and black fungus, baked prawns, South African abalone, steamed red snapper, braised fish maw and Chinese cabbage and end with double-boiled lotus seeds and black glutinous rice.
The good thing about dining here is that the set menus are available for four, six or 10 diners with prices starting at RM99.50nett per person.
