World Burger Promotion @ Cascade

Who says hamburgers are American? At Cascade, the internationally known hamburger is going global with all sorts of variants of the classic meat between two buns.
The Mediterranean burger has, as the name suggests, a meditarrean taste to it. Served with Arabic spiced lamb, complemented wit Hekmek bread, tzatziki, chili, tomato and feta cheese, this burger will have you wanting more.
The Sliders burger has a more European feel to it, served with braised short-ribs and pan seared foei gras, topped with red onions and parmesan reggiano.
For little Asian infusion to the burger, the Teriyaki burger might be for you. Salmon patty marinated for hours to seal in the taste and flavour and served with grilled pineapple, sprouts and wasabi mayonaise.
Diners also have the option of choosing the bread from a selection of the roasted onion bun, sesame bun and multi grain bun.
