Paella Promotion @ Casbah

Paella, the classic Valencian rice dish that originated from Spain in the mid-19th century will be the main attraction for the month of March at Mandarin Oriental's Casbah.
Casbah's Chef de Cuisine, Mustapha Benhadou will be showcasing paella catalana, a dish cooked with baby chicken, quince, aioli, mussels, prawn and beef bacon alongside other recommendations including paella de Casbah (served with chicken drumstick, coconut-bomba rice and piement chilli), paella de andaluz (caramelized lime, salmon brochette, tuna crudo and rocket leaves), paella de cordero and smoked tofu paella.
It's priced at RM75++ onwards per dish with the promotion only available Thursdays through Saturdays.
