Kerabu Mangga, Pucuk Paku Sambal Asam, Jantung Pisang, Nasi Kerabu and Kerabu will be on the menu in March at Makan Kitchen. Gastronomic favourites from Kelantan, Terengganu and Pahang, these lesser known dishes are a must try for fans of Malay style cooking.
Be sure to sample the complimentary basket of Keropok Lekor, a speciality of the East Coast, made from ground fish meat with salt and then boiled or fried, a favourite of many Malaysians.
