Beef and oysters make their way into the menu at Mandarin Grill.

For the Australian Wagyu promotion, indulge in the appetizers that include wagyu beef Carpaccio served with basil-pesto, aged parmesan cheese and garlic oil, cigar smoked wagyu beef cheek with foie gras, roasted fig and portwine coulis.

For an alternative, the wagyu beef terrine with roasted potato and horseradish emulsion is set to impress even the most discerning palate.

For the main course, opt for the Guinness braised wagyu short rib with celeriac puree or grilled wagyu sirloin with morel mushrooms and watercress or retreat to the grilled wagyu tenderloin and lobster tail for the ultimate beef and seafood adventure.

The Australian Wagyu promotion is priced from RM125++ onwards per person and is available for lunch and dinner.

For oysters, ake pleasure in freshly shucked oysters imported from Australia, France and Ireland. 

Choose your preferred oysters and our chefs will prepare them in any of the three preparation method. They are lemon and shallot vinaigrette, vodka granite and gold leaves, or baby spinach, béarnaise and crispy bacon.

Priced from RM10++ onwards per piece, these offerings are available for lunch and dinner.
