Premiering 20th February, catch Chef Tommes and Jojo Struys in a new series called 'Chalk and Cheese' on the Asian Food Channel.
Chef Tommes will be showing Jojo Struys how to cook with a different key ingredient each episode in different locations across Malaysia including That Little Wine Bar in Penang, a cosy, intimate neighbourhood style European wine bar which Chef Tommes runs with his wife Louise.
