1Malaysia Buffet @ Intercontinental KL

Serena Brasserie at Intercontinental Kuala Lumpur is offering a sumptuous spread of traditional delights in conjunction with the Ramadhan season. Promising a spread of 110 state specialities per day, the dining experience is guaranteed to take you on an exciting culinary journey.

Sample some Udang Masak Lemak Dengan Nenas (prawns and pineapple cooked with coconut milk) from Negeri Sembilan or the Nasi Briyani Gam ('gam’ refers to the way it is cooked; the rice and meat are cooked together in the same pot) from Johor.

There will also be live action stalls set up to serve local favourites using traditional cooking methods.

Other specialties available include Lamb Kurma, Ketam Goreng Berlada (peppered fried crabs) and Authentic Assorted Satay. Marble Cheese Cake, Tiramisu and Chocolate Mousse are among the desserts on Serena Brasserie's menu.

During the first and fourth week of Ramadhan, a special "Buka Puasa" price will be offered with adults dining at only RM99 ++ per person.

For the rest of the weeks, the buffet is priced at RM115 ++.

Early bird vouchers are priced at RM100 nett per person and are only applicable if the vouchers are purchased from 1 to 30 June. There is also a group voucher for 10 people offered at RM900 per table.
