Recipe:  Mai Tai
Ingredients:
+ 50ml aged rum
+ 25ml fresh lime juice
+ 15ml orange curaçao
+ 10ml orgeat syrup
+ 5ml sugar syrup
 
Method:
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, fill with ice, shake and strain over cubed ice into a rocks glass
 
Garnish:
Orange wedge, lime wedge and a mint sprig
