Jo and I spent a day in the kitchen to try some new recipes and some really old ones too!
The Smoked Salmon Rolls are something I have not made for years but look very posh for afternoon tea or drinks party. The rich meaty taste of smoked salmon rolled between tasty bread is delicious.
Jo’s Duck Crepes are just mouthwatering and her chocolate cake is very decadent. Her strawberry muffins are so light; they are just heavenly!
These are just a few recipes some new, some tried and tested. You can now spoil your Mother on Mother’s Day with these delicious, easy and tasty homemade treats.
