With our New Year’s resolutions still fresh and wanting to shake off the festive inches, January is a month we start to think and about getting healthy and fit. So as Jo tells us here, we need to energise our bodies and start eating a balanced diet.
I was recently at a presentation of a product which helps your body in many ways. Of course I asked: “Was there one that would help you lose weight?” The speaker’s answer to me: “Maggie, that’s a lifestyle!”
Remember this ancient proverb: “Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper”. Studies have shown that if you eat breakfast you are a happier person. Now make that lifestyle change!
