Lunch2U Sets Up Shop18 Jun 2012
Let’s face it, although local food can be delicious and tempting, it may not necessarily contain all the nutrients required by your body in a single meal. Continuous consumption of an unhealthy diet can prove hazardous to one’s overall wellbeing in the long run. So, tired of snacking for lunch and want a wholesome meal instead?
With the brand new launch of Lunch2u, a health food proprietor, this is finally possible. Get all your mid-day meals delivered right to your doorstep. With an efficient food delivery service in place, working folk need not worry about stepping out as your desired meal can now be sent directly to your office upon order.
Aimed at changing the overall mindset towards eating healthy, each dish is prepared using only the freshest ingredients whilst keeping good nutritional values intact. Meanwhile, an in-house nutritionist is available on deck to ensure special dietary requirements are observed at all times.
Featuring an extensive menu of healthy alternatives, Lunch2u’s key favourites include:
> Thai Journey
(Thai Red Rice with baked, boneless and skinless chicken breast)
> Love Me Tandoor
(boneless chicken marinated with tandoori spices, wrapped in chapati and served with a yogurt containing chopped mint and cilantro)
> Egg Centric & Skinny Spicy Tuna Sandwich
(mayonnaise is replaced with yoghurt)
> Pasta Pasta
(pasta with tuna, oyster mushrooms and bell pepper)
> Moroccan Delight
(small grained pasta with chickpeas, lemon juice and olive oil - recommended for vegetarians)
Give your body a break and go with something nutritious for a change. All you have to do is browse the menu, order and pay. Lunch is delivered to your office between 11.30 am – 1:00 pm. You are required to place an order the day before to ensure freshness of ingredients.
Currently, the service is extended to a selection of office buildings within specific areas in Kuala Lumpur including Damansara Heights, Month Kiara, Phileo Damansara 1 and 2.
You also have an option of picking up your order at Lunch2u’s kitchen in Desa Seri Hartamas. While in the process of acquiring ‘halal’ certification, the brand utilises ingredients from halal certified suppliers.
