Villa Danieli has recently launched an Italian feast with the finest of white wines courtesy of their Italian Prosecco Brunch, available from 11am till 3pm at a price of RM238 per adult. Freeflowing Prosecco aside, one must-try dish is the Mediterranean Prawn Salad, which takes its inspiration from the Equatorial seas and is a wholesome mix of anchovies, capers, and vegetables.

Also have a go at their Beef Fillet Mignon with Parmesan Crust, White Asparagus and Green Beans as the tenderloin fillet is sure to win your heart with its hearty, flavourful taste. Finally, sitting pretty in a cocktail glass is the Fruit Sabayon in Martini – a dessert of strawberry, blueberry, Mediterranean wine and sabayon, which is a sweet sauce of eggs and sugar.

Lazy Sundays are best accompanied with bubbly waiters offering you some pass-around dishes next to your tables during buffets! That’s exactly what the Bubbalicious Brunch is all about at Prego from 11.30am to 2.30pm every Sunday. Their highlights include the Squid Ink Spaghetti with Octopus Ragu, Chef’s Wood-fired Pizza in various flavours and a cheese board featuring gorgonzola, taleggio, parmigiano reggiano, pecorino and goat cheese served with focaccia and Italian breads.

We couldn’t get enough of their cheese board platter as it came with walnuts and raisins that went very well with the crispy focaccia bread. Their Food and Champagne package is priced at RM365 per person, which includes a free flow of Moet and Chandon Champagne, red wine, draught beer, soft drinks and chilled juices.

What’s a buffet without the loud laughter and fun with the whole family? The Sunday brunch for the family at Serena Brasserie offers a spread of classic international brunch treats, priced at RM270 per adult with free flowing red and white wines, standard poured liquor and draught beers. Appetiser highlights include a variety of sandwiches such as bagels and croissants.

Diners can build their own sandwiches with spreads of ricotta cheese, slices of mozzarella, smoked salmon, grilled chicken breasts and more. Another must-try are their delectable meat carvings, particularly the oven-roasted US prime rib that goes well with rustic grilled vegetables, baked potatoes and other sides that’ll appease your tastebuds.

Afterwards, diners are invited to indulge their sweet tooth at their dessert table with bread and butter pudding, apple tatin, lemon meringue tart and more.
