Lemon Garden

Renowned for having one of best buffets in town, Lemon Garden will be having a special Father’s Day brunch on Sunday, 18 June from noon to 3pm. Expect a great selection of signature dishes from the Italian, Indian, Malay, Chinese and Western kitchens, fresh seafood, as well as a variety of cakes and ice-creams from the dessert pavilion. The buffet is priced at RM168 nett per adult and RM84 per child.

If dad has a hankering for Spanish cold cuts and pork ribs, take him to El Cerdo this Sunday, 18 June for their bubbly brunch. At RM168 per person, you’ll get a smorgasbord of cold appetisers, sausage platters, seafood spaghetti, pork belly fettuccini, pork steaks, roast baby back ribs, as well as homemade ice cream and sorbets. Refillable cava, house and Tiger draught is also included in the price. On top of that, dads will get a surprise dessert on the house available on 17 and 18 June. Dine on Sunday to bag a whiskey miniature and photo memento for him too.

Tao Chinese Cuisine

Enjoy a specially curated Father’s Day six-course Chinese meal at Tao Chinese Cuisine this 17 and 18 June for lunch and dinner. The menu has been prepared by award-winning executive chef Wong Lian You and features crispy wasabi prawns with mango dressing, soft-shell crab, smoked duck in jellyfish rolls and braised Australian abalone with sea cucumber in garden greens. The meal is priced at RM258 nett per person.

Available from 9.30am to 4.30pm on  Sunday, 18 June, Botanica + Co will be offering a Father’s Day three-course menu created by Chef Sam featuring pan roasted prime rib (RM126), baked whole rainbow trout (RM118) and herb-crusted boneless leg of lamb (RM56). Cocktails of the day are themed around dads too and aptly called Super Dad and Power Dad. The former is an Earl-Grey tea based cocktail while the latter is a gin and tonic based drink.

Zenzero Restaurant & Wine Bar 

If Italian is your dad’s favourite cuisine, head to Zenzero where a brunch sharing platter will be offered for RM260 on Sunday, 18 June. Start with fresh bread and a wholesome soup of warm Irish oysters followed by an option of mozzarella, salmon or mussels and scallops for starters. The real dilemma will be choosing your main dish with choices like pan-seared lemon sole, roast Black Angus rib eye or the typically Italian fritto misto (deep-fried, battered seafood).
