Colours of India

It was a day full of excitement and laughter as EtonHouse Malaysia celebrated Deepavali with a variety of activities within their grounds on 6 November.

Among the host of activities carried out on the day were decorating rangolis (art with rice), cooking capati(unleavened flatbread), painting clay oil lamps, making garlands and henna (body art paste) decorations, playing Indian drums and learning Indian dance.

The Deepavali Day celebration was made successful due to the parents of students, as well as members of the school faculty who organised the activities and made arrangements for the food to be served.
