Coffee shops also play a significant role in Malaysian culture, providing the perfect location to eat, drink and be sociable. As such, the local cafes or kopitiams form somewhat of a focal point here, as an ideal place for breakfast or just to sip a warm or cold drink and while away the blissful hours.
